Refund and Return Policy for DropNext

Thank you for shopping at DropNext. We offer digital products designed to help you grow your skills and achieve success online. Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on https://dropnext.in are digital in nature and are delivered electronically via email or direct download after purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product is delivered and accessed.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant delivery and downloadable format of our products:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • By purchasing from DropNext, you agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Exceptions – Refund Eligibility

We may consider a refund only under the following rare circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
  • You never received the product access or download link after purchase and support is unable to resolve the issue.
  • There was a critical error in the product file, making it completely unusable, and we cannot resolve it within 3 business days.

To request a refund under these exceptions, email us at support@dropnext.in within 3 days of purchase with:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID or transaction ID
  • A detailed explanation of the issue

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made without authorization, please contact us immediately at Dropnext25@gmail.com so we can investigate. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be issued only after a complete review.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of our terms. If you’re dissatisfied with a product or have a billing concern, please reach out and we’ll try to resolve it promptly.
